    I bought and paid for your two offers (forex simulator, etc). I got as far installing it as a request for me to click “yes” or “no”. I tried to click yes, over and over–no response. I eventually tried to click every viable place to get a response. non.
    A thought, I never saw any condition of a particular browser. I am using Mozilla’s Firefox. Can you help me. The last writing I see on this help page is 2017! You still monitoring this help page, or in business? Where did my money go? I await your reply. This is my second request for help!@!Q!! Don Tidmore

  2. This is Don Tidmore. I bought your two offers earlier today. I assumed from your verbage, I did not need to have a platform such as MT5 installed and operating. I was installing and got as far as giving pemission (with a click on ‘yes’. Neither that click spot nor any other place responded to my click. I’m stuck. A thought, I did not see a preferred browser requirement and am using Mozilla’s Firefox. My email is ********. My phone number is ***** Can you help me?

      You are correct, our products are stand-alone and you don’t need any other 3rd party software to use it.
      You just need to start the software and install the license that was emailed to you.
      Any issues, please email us and share the screenshots.
